Community Champion: Eternity Realty Team
The Eternity Realty Team continues to lead the way in connecting new homeowners to sustainable living in North Natomas. As a returning Jibe Community Champion, they’re helping residents make greener choices from the moment they move in-whether that’s by learning about local transportation options, charging their new electric vehicle, or simply exploring their neighborhood by bike.
- Distributing Jibe information packets to recent homebuyers within the Jibe service area, introducing them to local walking, biking, and transit options.
- Installing sign riders on new homes that reference Jibe and encourage sustainable travel.
- Providing either:
- EV charging units (valued up to $750 each) installed in new homes, or
- Bicycles (valued up to $750 each) provided to new homeowners upon the close of escrow.

Community Champion: Color Me Mine Natomas
Color Me Mine Natomas is adding creativity to the mix of sustainable transportation in our community. As a Jibe Community Champion, they’re helping reward residents for choosing active and shared travel, and building connections with their neighboring businesses along the way.
- Providing 40 Studio Credit Certificates valued at $25 each ($1,000 total) to reward community members and volunteers who support Jibe programs.
- Convening nearby businesses to learn how NorCal Go can be used to encourage and organize carpools, bike pools, and transit to and from their workplaces.

Community Champion: charQterie
charQterie is stepping up to make active transportation more accessible and visible in North Natomas by supporting both infrastructure and outreach with the following contributions:
- Installing new on-site bike racks through Jibe’s grant program, making it easier for customers and employees to arrive by bike.
- Hosting and promoting a free on-site Bike Doc event offering bicycle maintenance services to the community.
- Providing gift certificates that Jibe will use to reward community members for choosing active transportation.

Eternity Realty is helping new homeowners in North Natomas make more sustainable transportation choices through the following contributions:
- Incorporating travel planning questions in their homebuyer closing surveys, which will allow Jibe to deliver customized travel plans to new homeowners via email.
- Providing Jibe information packets to interested homebuyers and encouraging them to subscribe to the Jibe newsletter.
- Installing riders on For Sale signs that reference nearby active transportation amenities.
- Installing EV charging units or providing bicycles in homes at the close of escrow.
- Welcoming Jibe to quarterly events, helping us connect with retail and restaurant partners across the community.
